A’aira Ingenious Sdn. Bhd is the brainchild of Puan Sharifah Mazlan and her son, Tuan Muhammad Shamil Farhan. Having two special children in her care has inspired her to create learning methods fit for her children. Moreover, the challenges in educating her child and finding a suitable intervention center have motivated her. For this reason, she aims to build a school to help special children like her kids compete with peers in the school environment.
Puan Sharifah has gained expertise in Special Education after working with NGO Centre for special needs children. Besides, she also uses her knowledge to educate her children until they can give their full potential. It helped her understand more about creating the best learning system her students need. As a result, she started her journey by holding Remedial Classes at her home for only three years. Not only her class has more than 50 students from 5 to 11 years old, but they also succeed in school.
Without a doubt, her ability to earnestly want to help her students has made parents recognize and encourage her to open a school. Thus, she started an intervention center known as A’aira Ingenious for children with autism and other special needs. We believe that with the right early intervention program and effective teaching methods, these children will be able to compete and fully integrate into society when they reach their full potential.
